Terrible. On arrival at 6pm we were told our rooms were not available (reservation made and confirmed a week earlier), using the excuse that we had not called two days earlier to confirm our stay. In the reservation book that Tracy (receptionist who took our booking) held, I could see a page with names of a group of people, stapled over the original bookings. In other words, our booking was simply kicked out ... Tracy, with a smirk on her face, told us she was soooo sorry ... she had made a "mistake". This information was intermittently passed to us in between Tracy entertaining several other calls on het phone. Miserable attitude, dishonest, disrespectful.
We will never come back. Recommend anyone to give this place a wide berth.
